Moon Balloon Trip is an endless balloon flying game inspired by the 1980s console classic: a red panda in flying goggles rides two red balloons up into the night sky over a moonlit lake. Tap to flap, slip through the gaps between crackling spark balls, catch the gold balloons for a growing streak, and keep climbing toward the moon before the lake below catches up with you. Every round flies the same course, so each try is about doing a little better than last time. Free to play online on phone or computer, no download.
How to play
- Tap the screen to flap: tap to the left of the red panda to flap up and left, to the right for right, right above it to go straight up. Hold to keep flapping and slide your finger to steer. On a computer, click the same way, or use ← → and Space.
- Fly up through the gap in each row of spark balls. A spark ball that touches you pops one of your two balloons; thunder clouds flash before they drop one.
- Catch the gold balloons one after another: each one in a row is worth more, and missing one starts the streak again.
- The view keeps climbing and the lake rises with it. Fall into the lake, or lose both balloons, and the round is over.
FAQ
- How do I score more?
- Every metre you climb is worth 10 points, and the gold balloons add more: the first in a row is 300, then 500, 800 and on up to 2,000 each. Fly toward the balloons between the spark balls and keep your streak going.
- Is the course different every time?
- No: every round, for every player, flies the same course, so you can learn it and beat your best height. It gets harder as you go up: the gaps narrow, the spark balls start to bob and slide, and the view climbs a little faster every 100 m.
- Is Moon Balloon Trip free?
