Big Fish Little Fish mixes the 1980s arcade maze chase with big-fish-eats-little-fish, in a glowing deep sea: swipe to steer a little yellow fish through the neon maze, eat dots and every fish no bigger than you to grow, and evolve from a little fish into a swordfish, an armored fish, a golden shark and finally a skeleton king. Bigger fish hunt you until then, four of them each in its own way; eat a pearl and for a few seconds every fish is food. Free to play online on phone or computer, no download.
How to play
- Swipe anywhere on the screen to turn; you do not have to lift your finger. Swipe before a junction and the little fish turns there by itself, cutting the corner; two quick swipes make a zigzag. On a computer, use the arrow keys or WASD.
- Every fish shows its level: green means you can eat it, red means it can eat you. Each dot and each fish you eat makes you grow; the meter at the top shows how far you are from your next form. Eat every dot to clear the stage.
- Eat a pearl in a corner and for a few seconds every fish is food, worth double. At the final form, the skeleton king, even the four hunters flee from you.
- Every fourth stage is the deep sea with the grouper king: ram it three times on three pearls to chase it off. Then comes a coin stage.

- How do I score more?
- Eat dots one after another without gaps to build the combo (up to ×3), eat every fish you can (each fish once a stage), use the pearls to eat the big ones for double points, and clear stages fast and without losing a life for bonuses.
- When does the game end?
- You have three lives; a bigger fish that catches you takes one and drops you a level. 10,000 and 100,000 points each give a life back. Leave part-way and you can carry on from the stage you were on.
