Bomb Hero remakes the classic bomb maze game: drop bombs in a grid maze, blast the brick blocks, catch the monsters in your cross-shaped flames and find the exit hidden under a brick. Every stage you clear, pick one of three upgrades, and see how far you can go. Free to play online on phone or computer, no download.
How to play
- On a phone, put your thumb anywhere on the left half and drag to walk; tap the right half to drop a bomb. On a computer, walk with the arrow keys or WASD and drop bombs with Space.
- A bomb goes off after a moment and sends flames up, down, left and right. Bricks break, stone pillars do not, and your own flames can hurt you.
- Defeat every monster to open the exit, then walk in. Items under bricks give longer flames, more bombs and faster shoes.
- Between stages pick one of three cards, such as kicking bombs or a remote detonator. Every fifth stage is a boss.
FAQ
- How do I score more?
- Catch several monsters in one blast or one chain of bombs: the second scores ×2, the third ×4, the rest ×8. Clearing a stage fast adds 10 points for every second left, and a stage without losing a life adds 500.
- What happens when the timer runs out?
- Fast ghosts that drift through walls keep coming until you clear the stage, so find the exit quickly.
- When does the game end?
- You have three lives. A flame or a monster takes one; when all three are gone, the run is over.
- Is Bomb Hero free?
- Yes. Bomb Hero is free to play on Dim Sum Play: open the page and start.
- Do I need to download anything or sign up?
- No. It runs in your browser with no download and no sign-up. Signing in only keeps your scores on your account.
- Can I play on my phone?
- Yes. It works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.
